Practice guidelines explain how key aspects of the Inquiry will be conducted.

Practice Guideline No.1 issued on 6 January 2020 covers leave to appear, submissions, communicating with the Commission, public hearings, witness statements and other matters.

Practice Guideline No.2 issued on 4 February 2020 and last amended 06 April 2020, explains the publication of witness statements, evidence material, procedures for public hearings and other matters.

Practice Guideline No.2 should be read in conjunction with the Commission’s Document Management Protocol. A sample data spreadsheet for provision of documents to the Commission referred to in this protocol is available here.
